Come join the ArtSouth Homestead family and enjoy
working in a positive inspiring atmosphere in beautiful
Homestead. Located on the East coast of sunny South
Florida,
midway between Miami and the Florida Keys.
Enjoy 24 hour access in a secure campus. Prices are all
inclusive.
Interact with other professional artists of a variety of
nationalities, ages, and backgrounds. There is a
probability that someone at ArtSouth speaks your
language!
Our studios range from 150 to 850 square feet and are
rented at a rate of $12 per square foot and 7% sales
tax. All terms of the lease will be carefully explained
to you at the time of the lease signing.
The Fine Arts Building: a 13,000 square foot,
2-story building
providing space for clean, quiet artists such as
painters, photographers, digital artists and has
classrooms available.
The Fine Crafts and Sculpture Building: a 12,000
square foot, 3-story building provides space and
classrooms for noisy, dirty artists, such as sculptors,
glass artists, and ceramicists with a working
Foundry on premises.
There is a shower on the ground floor for the use of
resident artists.
