Are you an artist needing studio space for working and exhibiting?

Come join the ArtSouth Homestead family and enjoy working in a positive inspiring atmosphere
in beautiful Homestead in sunny South Florida, located on the East Coast
midway between Miami and the Florida Keys.
24 hour access in a secure campus. Prices are all inclusive.
Interact with other professional artists of a variety of nationalities, ages, and backgrounds.
There is a probability that someone at ArtSouth speaks your language!
Studio spaces are available in a variety of sizes in two separate buildings
at ArtSouth for $12 per square foot per year including electricity.
The Fine Arts Building: a 13,000 square foot, 2-story building
providing space for clean, quiet artists such as painters, photographers, digital artists and has classrooms available .
The Fine Crafts and Sculpture Building: a 12,000 square foot, 3-story building
provides space and classrooms for noisy, dirty artists, such as sculptors, glass artists,
and ceramicists with a working Foundry on premisis.
There is a shower on the ground floor for the use of resident artists.

 ArtSouth is open to visitors Tues. through Friday from
10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 6:00 pm.
The  office is  closed on  Mondays.
Hours may vary during Special  Events.

Interested artists must apply to be juried into ArtSouth before applying for a space.

To participate in the jurying process send:

1. Artist's contact information.
2. 10 slides or photographs of artwork.
3. Artist's resumé, artist's statement and*other supporting documentation. (*optional)

Allow up to 2 weeks for the artist's materials to be  reviewed.
Please include a SASE for return or Materials may be picked up in the office.
Once a  decision is made, the artist will be contacted to make an appointment for an  interview during which time future arrangements can be  discussed.
